What happens after you order
When you place an order we will send you a confirmation email. Orders are usually sent out within 48 hours of an order being made. You will then receive another email once we have despatched your order for delivery.
Safe delivery
Prints are delivered in protective packaging for safe transport. In the unlikely event that you receive any damaged goods, please contact hello@1to100.co.uk us within 14 days at so we can rectify the issue.
Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase and for you to buy art that works well within your space. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and return the print to us.
You are responsible for the safe return of any item and the cost of postage to return it to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its packaging that enables its safe carriage back to us in the condition you received it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at immediately hello@1to100.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Don’t worry, you have 14 days to notify us of any damaged items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from 1to100.co.uk (the “Site”).
Personal information we collect
